By creating an account or using ForiService.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
What ForiService is
ForiService is an introduction platform. We list independent service providers; we do not employ them and we are not a party to the agreement you make with them.
Accounts
You must give accurate information, keep your password confidential, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
Provider obligations
Providers must hold any licences their trade requires, describe services and pricing honestly, honour confirmed bookings, and treat customers professionally and safely.
Customer obligations
Customers must provide accurate job details and a safe working environment, and pay the agreed amount directly to the provider for work completed.
Payments
Payment is arranged directly between customer and provider. ForiService does not process job payments and does not take commission on them.
Reviews
Reviews must describe genuine experiences. We remove reviews that are fake, defamatory, discriminatory or contain personal contact details.
Prohibited use
No scraping, spamming, impersonation, illegal services, or attempts to bypass the platform to defraud another user. Accounts that break these rules are suspended without refund.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, ForiService is not liable for the quality, safety or legality of services delivered by providers, or for indirect losses arising from a booking.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have exclusive jurisdiction.
